Healing Circle - Connecting with your energy body

In this nurturing workshop you will be guided through some simple techniques to connect with your energy body, feel grounded and relaxed.

During the session we will go through a few practices to help us disconnet from our busy minds and connect with our energetic body, our chakras.

We will explore some simple techniques while listening to relaxing music.

The session closes with the group receiving Reiki energy healing.
