About the event
In this nurturing workshop we will explore how to feel and be more present in our daily lives, you will be guided through some simple grounding and breathing meditation techniques, while listening to relaxing music and singing bowls.
I will guide you through some simple steps to connect with your breathe and your energetic body, then welcoming, feeling and release anything that no longer serves you.
When everyone is feeling relaxed they receive some Reiki Energy Healing.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring warm clothes if you feel the cold.
Yoga mats will be provided.

Healing Circle
During your healing circle, you will receive a guided meditation to relaxing music and subtle tools to help you connect with your higher self. We finish the circle with a group energy healing session to leave you feeling both grounded and centred.
