About the event
This relaxing and nurturing workshop is about cleansing, getting rid of stagnate energy, hurtfull feeling and limiting beliefs.
During the session we will go through a few practices to help us disconnet from our busy minds and connect with our energetic body.
We will explore some simple breathing techniques while listening to relaxing music.
The session closes with the group receiving Reiki energy healing.
