In this workshop, you will receive subtle tools to help you connect with your higher self, while listening to relaxing music on the background.
The circle will finish with a group energy healing session to leave you feeling both relaxed and centred.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket if you wish.
Yoga mats will be provided.
